Dr. Ned Kehrli
Dr. Ned Kehrli began his teaching career at Tulare High School in 1962. He had served in the Army during the Korean War and received his education at the University of Iowa. After teaching biology for four years at Tulare, he was selected as the Director of State and Federal Projects. He eventually became Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and in 1980 Dr. Kehrli was named Superintendent of Tulare Joint Union High School District. He served in that capacity for 18 years. Dr. Kehrli has always been a fierce advocate for ACSA, ensuring that all his administrators joined. He served on various ASCA committees. After retiring, he represented Region XI on the Retirees Committee. Dr. Kehrli is married to Dr. Carolyn Kehrli. Their family includes three children, four grandchildren and one great-granddaughter, plus two furry friends.
