Congratulations to Our 2025 Ken Brown / Francine Gasper Scholarship Winners!
Region 7 of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) is proud to announce the recipients of the 2025 Ken Brown / Francine Gasper Scholarship. Each year, this scholarship honors the legacy of Ken Brown and Francine Gasper by supporting the post-secondary goals of students whose parents or guardians are State ACSA members.
This year, four outstanding students have been awarded a $1,000 scholarship to assist them as they pursue higher education or other post-high school endeavors.

- Kierstiahnna Howell, daughter of Dr. Ben Howell. She attends Sonora High School.
- Allison Moring, daughter of Natalie Moring. She attends Hughson High School.
- Adelyn Persons, daughter of Jeffrey Persons. She attends John H. Pitman High School.
- Rafael Wood, son of Rebekah Wood. He attends Summerville High School.
