🌟 ACSA Region 8 Leadership Retreat 2025 🌟
On July 18th, Region 8 leaders came together at the Toll House for a powerful day of growth, collaboration, and inspiration under the theme: “Listen Deeply. Act Intentionally. Lead Boldly.”
A highlight of the retreat was our keynote with Jennifer Abrams, who challenged us to stretch our collaborative learning edges by reflecting on five essential facets of leadership growth:

🔹 Build resiliency
Her message reminded us that “our conversations invent us” and that trust, reciprocity, and resilience are at the heart of leading boldly in today’s schools.
Beyond the keynote, the day included:

✅ Team-building and reflection activities to deepen connections
✅ Program and membership updates
✅ Closing remarks and community building (with a little bocce ball fun 🎉)
