San Joaquin Charter Hosts ESS Event

ACSA San Joaquin recently held their Every Student Succeeding Event at the Wentworth Education Center at the San Joaquin County Office of Education.  Fifteen students from ten school districts were honored at the event. ACSA believes every student deserves equal opportunities to succeed. On every school day throughout California, dedicated educators and courageous students overcome tremendous obstacles to reach their goals of academic excellence. Each year, San Joaquin charter recognizes K-12  students for overcoming the odds and achieving success. Each student received a personalized plaque, a $25 gift certificate to Target and a special balloon with candy.  Guest speakers were Terrell Martinez, Deputy Superintendent of Business Services, San Joaquin County Office of Education and Katie Wipfli, Director of Agriculture and Environmental Technology, San Joaquin County Office of Education.  Master of Ceremonies was Pam Knapp, Director of College and Career Readiness, San Joaquin County Office of Education.  A sincere thanks to sponsor Steve Fisher,
