Region 7 Annual Fall Conference – A Great Success!

On October 1st, ACSA Region 7 hosted its Annual Fall Mini Conference at Grace Davis High School in Modesto, and the event was a tremendous success. This energizing afternoon brought together school leaders from across the region to share strategies, insights, and best practices aimed at supporting student success and driving school improvement.

Attendees participated in engaging breakout sessions, connected with colleagues during networking opportunities, and enjoyed delicious refreshments—all while having the chance to win exciting raffle prizes. The conference was a fantastic way to collaborate, connect, and kick off the new academic year with innovation and a shared commitment to educational excellence.

Region 7 extends a huge thank you to Grand Canyon University for sponsoring this event. We also deeply appreciate the expertise and dedication of our presenters: Myra Gardea-Hernandez, Lisa Reece, Anne-Marie Mason, Cristina Romero, Emily Bryan, Mary Richards, Carrie Duckart, Melissa Stone, and Alejandro Soto.

A special thank you as well to our catering partner, Davis High School Culinary Arts, for providing the wonderful food and refreshments that fueled our afternoon of learning and collaboration.

This year’s Fall Conference was a true celebration of leadership, growth, and community, and we look forward to building on this momentum in the months ahead!
