October was a busy and exciting month for professional development across ACSA Region 7! Our charters and region came together to provide valuable opportunities for educational leaders to learn, connect, collaborate, and bring new ideas back to their schools and districts.
Here are just a few highlights from the month:
⭐ Stanislaus Charter PDP: The Shining Star Project shared an inspiring performing arts program designed to bring creativity, expression, and opportunities for students of all abilities into our schools.
⭐ Annual CEL Dinner: Approximately 940 attendees joined us for our sold-out annual CEL Dinner, featuring keynote speaker Phil Boyte. He shared powerful insights on building strong, people-centered cultures that inspire engagement, connection, and a sense of belonging.
⭐ Mother Lode Charter PDP: Members welcomed Norma Wallace, Executive Director of the Tuolumne JPA, for an informative presentation on school policies, why they matter, and how administrators can effectively engage staff in understanding and adhering to them.
⭐ Annual Fall Mini Conference: Educational leaders and administrators from across Region 7 gathered for an evening of professional learning, collaboration, and networking. Local experts led a dynamic lineup of breakout sessions, sharing practical strategies and ideas to support leadership and student success.
What a fantastic month of professional growth, collaboration, and connection! A big thank-you to all our presenters, organizers, sponsors, and members who helped make these opportunities possible. Also, thank you to our member photographers for providing pictures from the events!
