The Retired Administrators Charter held their social event at the Yankee Hill Winery and Cooking School on February 8th in Columbia. The winery is the oldest winery in the Sierra Foothills. The RAC Charter sponsors several social gatherings a year. This social event included cooking Tuscany cuisine with Ron Erickson – winemaker, cooking instructor and chef extraordinaire. A fun time was had by all.
