Important Information:
● Please work with your charter leadership to submit your nomination. Region 15 nominations must be submitted via the ESS Student Nomination Submission
Google form at https://forms.gle/QC9r3jCuWec6iyWm6, no later than October 28, 2025.

● Charters may nominate ONE student. Multi-district charters may nominate TWO students
from different districts.

● All Region 15 nominees will be recognized at Region 15’s Every Student Succeeding
Ceremony on November 20, 2025 and receive a scholarship.
