With over 20 years of experience in social work—including a decade as a CASA and foster parent—Nicole brings a deeply compassionate and insightful perspective to her work. She is passionate about supporting vulnerable youth and champions radical self-care as an essential practice for those in helping professions. Her message focuses on sustaining those who serve others, helping leaders navigate stress, and creating meaningful change without sacrificing personal well-being.
