Call for Presenters

Submissions are due by March 31, 2025. Presenters will be notified by April 18.  [Call for presenter form] Note:  individuals accepted as presenters are required to register for the conference.

Early Bird Pricing:
  • ACSA Members – $399 (included all sessions and meals)
  • Non ACSA Members – $499 (includes all sessions and meals)
  • Retired ACSA Members – $199 (includes sessions/activities only.  Saturday lunch available for purchase)

Cancellation Policy, conference attendees:

Conference registration fees, less a $30 administrative fee, will be refunded if cancellation is received by April 8, 2025. Cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING and postmarked/emailed no later than April 8, 2025. Refunds made after April 8, 2025 will be subject to a $75 fee. No refunds after April 28, 2025 or for “No Shows.”
