Welcome to the South Santa Barbara Charter of the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA). We are an active group that seeks to build camaraderie among local educational leaders. Through a variety of events, our charter seeks to support our members through networking and collaboration, as well as career and leadership development and delivery. We work to amplify our collective voice for the purpose of advocacy and influence by participating in local, regional, state, and even federal level activities involving lawmakers and other partners. We believe that we are stronger together and provide opportunities to build healthy, thriving support networks that allow all administrators to provide a top-notch experience for students.
