- 2027 Every Student Succeeding Program: NEW PROCESS: You can find information and the 2027 nomination link for Every Student Succeeding at acsa.org/ess. We developed a new online version of the form this year, which will create a print-ready PDF that the nominators can forward. It streamlines the process and removes the issues inherent with a fillable PDF. R12 ESS applications are also due 1/27/26.

Charter Reporting Package Fiscal Yr 2026: Click on the link to make a copy of this year’s reporting form for all charters to submit to the region & state.

R12 Current Year Budget Form: To receive your annual charter allotment both the Charter Reporting Package and the R12 Budget Form must be submitted by the due date each year.
