RSVP now for our 2024 Spring Celebration Dinner! Please keep the following in mind as you complete this form to attend:
- If you are registering for others, use the actual attendee’s names, not yours.
- The General ticket category (paid) will allow up to 30 registrants without having to start over again. This is useful for district staff registering multiple attendees.
- There are four ticket categories/prices with descriptions. Honorees should use the category for recipients (gratis admission). Honorees may bring ONE guest of their choice gratis, using the separate ticket category for recipients’ one gratis guest . Others should use the general admission category and pay.
- Multiple methods of payment are offered. The easiest is by credit card.
- Each registrant is required to make a meal choice and a choice of who they are there to honor (for seating purposes). There is also a category for “no preference” and for certain Executive Board and Presenter attendees.
- All High School Scholars and guests will be seated in a separate area and NOT with their qualifying adult’s school district. The logistics otherwise are too complex!
- If you require a gluten-free meal, the only option is to select the chicken and then in the section where you may indicate special notes to the organizers, indicate that your chicken must have the gluten-free gravy. You will receive a specially-marked ticket at check-in to place on the table to inform the servers of this special need.
- School districts paying for attendees: You may choose to pay with a credit card, or by check. The check may be mailed to our treasurer or brought to the door that evening. Please include a list of all who your check is paying for so that we can reconcile our records.
