With over 20 years of experience in social work\u2014including a decade as a CASA and foster parent\u2014Nicole brings a deeply compassionate and insightful perspective to her work. She is passionate about supporting vulnerable youth and champions radical self-care<\/b><\/span> as an essential practice for those in helping professions. Her message focuses on sustaining those who serve others, helping leaders navigate stress, and creating meaningful change without sacrificing personal well-being.<\/p>\n
