As we cross the midpoint of this academic year, I wanted to take a moment to simply say:\u00a0I see you.<\/strong>\u00a0I see the dedication you pour into your staff, the advocacy you provide for your communities and the resilience you show in the face of every new challenge. Being an educational leader isn’t just about managing systems; it\u2019s about managing hope. You are doing the “good work,” and I want you to know that your efforts are making a profound difference in the Santa Clara County educational landscape.<\/p>\n Continue to keep\u00a0Inclusivity and Kindness\u00a0<\/strong>in your work.<\/strong>\u00a0In a world that can often feel divided, our schools must remain the steady ground where every student and staff member feels they belong. Leading with kindness isn’t a “soft” skill\u2014it is the strongest tool we have to build trust and foster environments where innovation can actually happen.<\/p>\n One of the most impactful ways we are putting these values into action is through our upcoming collaboration. I am thrilled to highlight the\u00a0Bay Area Equity Symposium<\/strong>, hosted by Region 8 in partnership with our colleagues in\u00a0Region 5 and Region 6.\u00a0<\/strong>This isn’t just another conference; it is a powerful gathering of minds from across the Bay Area focused on dismantling barriers and sharing actionable strategies for equity. Seeing three regions come together like this is a testament to the strength of our collective impact.
