More than 45 members packed the room, with additional attendees seated just outside\u2014an exciting testament to the strong interest in professional learning and leadership growth.<\/p>\n<p>The featured guest speaker was Scott Borba, Superintendent\/Principal of Le Grand Union Elementary School District, who shared insights from his recently published book, <em>The Leader You\u2019re Not\u2026And Why It\u2019s Just As Important As The Leader You Are<\/em>. Borba challenged traditional strength-based leadership models by encouraging leaders to embrace humility, self-awareness, and vulnerability.
