{"id":437,"date":"2014-01-02T18:14:39","date_gmt":"2014-01-02T18:14:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/regions.acsa.org\/3\/"},"modified":"2025-07-29T02:26:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T02:26:38","slug":"student-scholarship-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/regions.acsa.org\/3\/resources\/student-scholarship-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Student Scholarship Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>APPLICATIONS DUE:\u00a0 January 22, 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>OVERVIEW<\/b>: Region 3 is excited to announce the continuation of a Student Scholarship Program for high school seniors (or dependent continuing college students). \u00a0 For the 2025-26 school-year, Region 3 will award a number of scholarships (up to $500 each) to outstanding college bound high school seniors (or outstanding continuing college students). The recipient must be a family member of an active ACSA Region 3 member. The awards will be presented at the annual Administrators of the Year Awards Dinner in March 2026, and winners will be notified prior to the event. Preferences will be given to new applicants.<\/p>\n<div>For questions about the scholarship, please reach out to President Dr. Shana Henry, <a href=\"mailto:shenryba@egusd.net\">shenryba@egusd.net<\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>PROCESS FOR SELECTION<\/b>: \u00a0A Screening Committee shall be appointed by the President of ACSA Region 3 that consists of at least three members of the Executive Board and one other at-large member. \u00a0The ACSA Region 3 Executive Board shall set the criteria for the application, processing, and selection.
