As a proud ACSA member for over 20 years, I\u2019ve served in a variety of leadership roles on the Region 3 Executive Board. Throughout my journey, ACSA has been a space for professional growth, connection, and purpose\u2014and this year, I\u2019m thrilled to continue that tradition with each of you.<\/p>\n<h5>Our theme for the year is:<\/h5>\n<h5><strong><em>Cultivate the Leader. Grow the Legacy.<\/em><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>This theme reflects our commitment to investing in the development, wellness, and sustainability of every leader across our region\u2014from emerging administrators to veteran superintendents.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>cultivate the leader<\/strong> means to intentionally support growth through reflection, development, and connection. It\u2019s about recognizing that great leadership requires care, encouragement, and community. When leaders are well, supported, and valued\u2014they thrive.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>grow the legacy<\/strong> means that the work we do today must reach beyond our time. It\u2019s about building systems, relationships, and opportunities that last\u2014especially for those who have historically been left out.
