2022 Equity Conference:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Leadership During Times of Turmoil<\/strong><\/p>\n

ACSA Region 14 hosted Cherrie Davis for its 2022 Equity Conference. Ms. Davis started with a breathing and stretching exercise, followed by a moment at a virtual spa to get everyone motivated. She praised “Leaders who care about being leaders,” and called upon those leaders to seek out their new PPE: psychological, physical, and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n

ACSA Region 14 hosted Dr. Sharroky Hollie, executive director of The Center for Culturally Responsive Teaching and Learning and a renowned author to keynote our virtual equity conference on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at 3:00 pm. Following her keynote Ms. Nicole Anderson, ACSA\u2019s first diversity and equal access executive led a discussion on Reimagining Schools with a Racial Equity Lens.<\/span><\/p>\n
