To that end, ACSA is structured with operational committees as well as job-alike and\/or issue-focused councils made up of education leaders.<\/span><br class=\"\" \/><br class=\"\" \/><span class=\"\">Committee\/council work serves two purposes within ACSA: expertise and networking. The two functions involve responding to issues in two ways.
