With it, student can effectively learn and<br \/>\neducators and administrators can provide an environment in which students can flourish.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, ACSA is guided by the following beliefs as educational leaders.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><strong>Right to a Quality Education.<\/strong> Every student has the right to a quality education, and it is the<br \/>\nresponsibility of every educator to advocate for that right.<i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/li>\n<li><strong>Impact of a Quality Education.<\/strong> A quality education for all leverages the value of diversity in our community,<br \/>\nstrengthens society, and is essential for democracy to thrive.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Potential.<\/strong> Each student has unique potential to contribute to the betterment of society.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Equity and Opportunity.<\/strong> All ACSA members must have the ability to confront both internal and external bias,<br \/>\nbehaviors, and policies the create barriers and limit the success and achievement of all students, families, and<br \/>\nthe professionals who serve them.
